Thai Yoga Bodywork is a relaxing, passive session that will leave you feeling energized. Sessions are performed fully clothed, with no oils or lotions. The Practitioner utilizes Acupressure Points and Yoga stretches to facilitate circulation and muscle release.

Fascial Release Massage facilitates releases in the web of connective tissue that supports all the organs and systems of the body. Fascia is also responsible for connecting and holding our muscles and bones in place. Fascia moves the muscles; muscles move the bones. Fascia can restrict the movement of our muscles and joints and when freed from restriction, allows for greater range of motion with less pain or impingement.
