All classes are labeled according to levels:
A is for all levels,
1 is for newbies learning, or veterans getting back to basic form with a deeper understanding of muscle connection.
2 is for consistent clients who know their own modifications as needed, understand terminology and cueing.
3 is for athletic, strong clients with more than a year's experience, with no injuries or limitations.
Good to Know:
As your practice matures, level 2 and 3 clients should be able to re-visit class levels A and 1 with new insight to their own bodies. Therefore, these beginner classes can be made to feel just as challenging as the upper level classes, as you are taking your work deeper. Touching base with these levels now and again will feel like a completely new experience!
Any class labeled TRX or Spin, require cycling or running shoes
For Yoga/Mat classes, mats are provided or you may bring your own
Classes labeled as below are charged at the rate of 15 per drop in or 12.50 with package
