Private sessions are recommended prior to joining
a class.
- If
you have joint issues, at least 2 privates are required, as modifications will be necessary.
Please
be courteous to your class mates! We
have a 24~hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations/no shows are charged the
class rate. No refunds, accounts may be
frozen in some instances. Packages and cards valid for eight
weeks after purchase.
